What surfaces do the suction hooks stick to?
Glass, mirror and glazed tile: the surface has to be smooth and non-porous. They will not hold on wood (even sanded), painted walls, wallpaper, textured or matte tile, or across a grout line.
How do I put them up so they stay?
Clean and dry the spot, push the cup flat with firm pressure, then turn the knob clockwise as far as it goes. Turning it counterclockwise releases the seal so you can move the hook.
How much weight does one hook hold?
Up to 11 lb per hook, on a smooth surface with the knob fully tightened. That is enough for a loofah, a wet hand towel or a robe.
