Shipping and returns.

NOVSIX products are sold and fulfilled through Amazon. Shipping, delivery and returns are handled by Amazon under the policy that applies to your order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped by Amazon. Shipping speed, cost and availability are shown on the Amazon listing at checkout and depend on your location and account.

Returns and refunds

Returns follow Amazon’s return policy for your order and are managed through your Amazon account. To start a return, open Your Orders on Amazon ↗, select the NOVSIX item and choose “Return or replace items”.

Damaged or wrong item

Start a return or replacement through Amazon for the quickest resolution. You can also write to collaboration@novsix.online and we’ll help.
